Advice

Assistance

Assistance in making a request under the Privacy Act. For example, requesting access to or correction of your personal information from an organisation you believe holds it.
Assistance in making a complaint under the Privacy Act, either to an organisation or the Privacy Commissioner, that yours or someone else’s privacy has been interfered with.
Assistance in lodging a personal grievance with your employer.

Investigation

Investigation into or support with a workplace/employment complaint or problem.
The services of a licensed private investigator to discover or gather evidence on activities of another person or organisation.
